This is a deeply rich and satisfying Cabernet with aromas of blackberry, mocha, black fig, dark brown bread and rich vanilla and baking spice scents. The wine is fleshy in texture and ripe on the palate, with an almost heady display of blueberry, black fig, vanilla, toast, caramel and bouillon. The finish is long and sweetly ripe and this wine will serve as nicely with ripe cheeses and fruits as it will with dark roasts or sauced filet. If essentially ready to drink it will grow softer and more aromatic over the next few years. |

Darkly fruity nose of brandied cherries, bouillon, vanilla and rich forest floor scents with peppery hints in the background. Somewhat fleshy on the palate, where it shows deeply ripe cherry fruit tied to lots of mocha, vanilla, baking spice and toasty flavors. Broadly rich and very flavorful, with a fine long finish. This is a lovely cabernet with a sense of ripeness that pushes its tannins below the surface. Built for steaks, stews and rich roasts, it is also an excellent sipper and might be a great companion to rich cheeses. |

Appealing, gradually expansive nose of dark berry and plum, with attractive vanilla notes and forest floor scents in support. This is a fully ripe Cabernet, with good body and length, and its food compatibility grows nicely as it airs. If young, it is already appealing; with any youthful rough edges disappearing as soon as it is paired with dinner. |
